When is Tomorrowland: Orbyz?

Tomorrowland Belgium: Orbyz Weekend 1 will take place from Thursday, July 17th, to Monday, July 21st, 2025.
How will I receive my Treasure Case and bracelet?

The Treasure Cases and bracelets will be distributed to participants once the transport departs from Amsterdam Arena. This ensures that everyone receives their items securely and conveniently at the start of the journey. The Rave Angels will be on hand to assist with the distribution and answer any questions you may have.
When will i receive my code to top up my bracelet?

Once we receive the Treasure Cases and bracelets, we'll promptly assign the codes to each customer. These codes will be sent to you in advance of receiving your bracelets, allowing you to take advantage of the discounted pearls offer.
How do I find my camping area once we arrive at Tomorrowland Belgium?

Upon arrival, our Rave Angels will be there to greet you and guide you to your designated camping area. If you're part of a group and wish to camp near your friends, it's best to stay together and check in at the designated desk as a group.
Can I visit other campsites?

All guests are welcome to visit the magnificent Greens camping area. However, access to the Easy Tent area, Camp2Camp area, and Friendship Gardens area is exclusive to those who are part of those specific experiences.
What is your refund policy?

At Rave Tours, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and providing the best possible experience. Here's our refund policy:

1. 7-Day No Questions Asked Refund:
- You can receive a full refund within 7 days of your initial booking. Simply contact our customer support team at info@ravetours.com with your booking details, and we'll process your refund promptly.

2. Refund Eligibility:
- Requests must be made within 7 days of booking.
- Provide necessary booking details, including your booking reference number and contact information.
- Bookings made within 1 month of the tour's start are not eligible for a refund.

3. Processing of Refunds:
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Cancellations and Changes:
- For cancellations or changes after the 7-day period, contact our support team for available options, which may include alternative dates, credits for future tours, or partial refunds, at our discretion.

5. Tour Modifications and Cancellations by Rave Tours:
- If Rave Tours must modify or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer suitable alternatives or a full refund and communicate changes promptly using the contact information provided during booking.

My first Masters of Hardcore tour wouldn’t have been the same if I never booked through Rave Tours! Everything was organised very well and any questions were answered quickly!

Used rave tours a few times. Excellent service, great communication and a very friendly and welcoming host and group. Always make you feel welcome.

Defqon and Decibel - These 2 festivals were an absolutely unreal experience! I cannot fault anything about them and that’s mainly down to how Nick & the crew organise everything, from transport & providing camping equipment. The great communication back and forth shows they do everything they can to keep you updated and provide you with great customer service. Can’t recommend them enough and can’t wait to do more in the near future with them 🙌🏻🙌🏻
