1. 7-Day No Questions Asked Refund

We provide a 7-day refund period for all tour bookings, starting from the date of your initial booking. During this period, you are entitled to a full refund of the tour price, no questions asked.
To request a refund within this 7-day period, simply contact our customer support team at info@ravetours.com with your booking details, and we will process your refund promptly.

2. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request is made within the 7-day period from the date of booking.

• You provide all necessary booking details, including the booking reference number and your contact information, when submitting your refund request.

• Bookings made within 1 month of the tour commencement date are not eligible for a refund.

3. Processing of Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be completed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

4. Tour Modifications and Cancellations by Rave Tours

In the rare event that Rave Tours needs to modify or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we are committed to providing you with:

• Suitable alternative arrangements, or

• A full refund of your booking.

We will notify you of any changes or cancellations in a timely manner using the contact information you provided during the booking process.

5. Cancellations After 7 Days

Refund requests made beyond the initial 7-day refund period will not be eligible for processing. However, we understand that life can sometimes take unexpected turns. In exceptional circumstances, we are committed to reviewing refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and understanding.

Exceptional circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

• Medical Emergencies: If you or an immediate family member experience a sudden illness or injury that prevents you from participating in the tour.

• Unforeseen Events: This may include events such as natural disasters, flight cancellations due to airline strikes, or other situations beyond your control.

To apply for a refund under exceptional circumstances, customers will need to:

1. Provide supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificates, official notices, etc.).

2. Submit a detailed explanation of the situation to our customer support team via Zendesk or email at [insert email].

Please note that the approval of refunds under exceptional circumstances is at the sole discretion of Rave Tours and may take up to 14 business days to process.

Defqon.1 2025 is scheduled from Thursday, June 26th to Monday, June 30th. We’ll gather at 11 AM on Thursday at Amsterdam Arena Park. For the return trip on Monday, meet-up times are set for 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM.

Our Defqon.1 Tour packages officially go on sale on October 26th. However, we’ve given our loyal customers early access to secure their spots ahead of time.

At Amsterdam Arena Park, its a big open area and there are some steps just on the edge of the grass. Its hard to miss as there is normally a big sign saying meeting point.

Absolutely! We take great pride in fostering connections and ensuring lifelong friendships on our tours. If you’re traveling solo, just let us know when you book, and we’ll make sure you’re grouped with friendly and welcoming people, whether it’s on the bus or in the camping area.

Monthly Payment plans are available and the final payment is due on the 5th of May 2024. The monthly payment plan options will be removed as necessary as the months count down. Each payment will be taken monthly on the same date as the initial payment. See the payment plan option on this page for more info.

We strongly recommend that you start a payment plan as soon as possible to guarantee your place. After the 20th of October, you will be strictly limited by availability. All payment plans must end by the 5th of May 2024.
